Small Group Training
Training with a friend, or two, is more fun and cost efficient way of meeting your health and fitness goals! A group of two or three participants will meet one or two times per week for fat burning workouts that will challenge your strength and endurance while emphasizing the importance of good core strength and stability. Working toward your goals as a team will strengthen relationships and promote accountability.

Boot Camps 
Do you love the energy that flows when a group of people are all working toward a common goal? Boot Camps are for you! You will join a group of 5-10 people all ready to lose weight and get fit together! We will meet at a local park for our High Intensity Interval style workouts that will leave you gasping for air and building muscle! We will all stay in contact through a private Facebook group where we can share our progress, encourage one another and tips for creating sustainable lifestyle changes.
